石油化工产业集群的知识产权保护研究

摘　　要：石油化工一直是我国国民经济的支柱产业,在知识经济时代,知识产权保护对石油化工产业集群具有重要作用。我国石油化工产业集群知识产权保护虽然取得了可喜成果,但与国际相关产业比较还存在不足,建议石油化工产业集群利用产学研,借力资源研究相关法律、完善专利联盟战略、规划国际诉讼策略,增强石油化工产业集群的国际竞争力和可持续发展能力。The Petrochemical industry is a pillar industry of domestic economy in China .In the age of knowledge economy ,protection of in-tellectual property in the cluster of petrochemical industry is of significance .Although some improvements have been achieved ,intellectual property protection in this cluster still has a long way to go in China if compared in an international context .It is suggested that ,in this report ,the cluster of petrochemical industry should make use of the resource from building relationships between educational institutions and companies or factories in order to improve its global competitiveness and the ability of sustained development .
