摘　　要：为了适应当前休闲时代下的消费需求、更好地发展现代城市娱乐业,提出创立规划"城市24小时社会"的旅游产业体系。通过查阅国内外大量的文献资料,用理念阐释与应用相结合的综合分析的方法进行探讨。研究得出中国要抓住当前消费的特点,规划并发展现代城市娱乐业是增大城市(群)可持续驱动力的一项必行的战略措施,以期来提高旅游规划的生产力。In order to adapt to the current era of leisure entertainment,consumer demand and have better development of the modern city,the creation of planning ＂urban 24 hour society＂ of tourism industry system was proposed.Literature review,application of theory and comprehensive analysis were used.The study concluded that China should seize the current consumption,the planning and development of modern urban entertainment industry can improve the city （cluster） in terms of the sustainable strategic growth,with a view to improve the productivity of tourism planning.
