摘 要:越商企业的健康成长与良好的公司治理实践密切相关。通过公司治理调整和理顺企业发展的核心利益机制,越商企业的可持续成长才会得到保障。规范的公司治理是防范民营企业运营风险的最佳方案。越商企业的人才战略要配合公司治理实践,致力于寻找企业发展的同路人。越商民营企业财富传承既要进行家族治理,也要实施企业治理。公司治理要先解决企业成长中的矛盾,再解决跨代交班难题,从而实现家族财富传承。越商企业家要有二次创业的勇气,打破惯性思维,创新商业模式。要用开放的专业心态和跨界学习能力,保持越商的创业精神和创新能力。Shaoxing private enterprise' healthy growth is closely related to good corporate governance practice. Corporate governance mechanisms can be employed to adjust and streamline the core interest of enterprise development and guarantee the sustainable growth of enterprises. Standardized corporate governance is the best solution to preventing private enterprises from operational risks. Talent strategies are expected to meet the needs of good corporate governance practice, and the enterprises must try to find the proper partners of company development. Private enterprise should not only be a family inheritance of wealth management, but also the im- plementation of good corporate governance. Corporate governance must first resolve the contradictions of business growth, and then the problem of intergenerational shift, thus enabling family wealth heritage. Shaoxing entrepreneurs should have the courage to break the inertia of thinking and to innovate business modes. Additionally they are supposed to be open - minded, professional and able to practice cross - boundary learning in order to keep the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation.
