摘　　要：科技情报是涉及国家安全、竞争发展和社会稳定的科技资料。情报学是情报工作理论基础的一门独立的学科 ,既不可更名 ,也不可沿用来作为信息工作学科的名称。Scientific and Technological intelligence involves suc h materials that influence national safety,competition development and social st atility.Intelligence science is a independent discipline of the theory basis of intelligence work which should not renamed and should not be applied to informat ion work.
