用硫酸铵改性硝酸铵的试验及在复肥生产中的应用

摘　　要：针对国家对硝酸铵的管制,提出了一种用硫酸铵改性硝酸铵的方案,为满足生产要求,对硫酸铵改性硝酸铵熔融液的熔融情况、pH值、热稳定性、黏度、结晶情况等进行了实验室检测,根据试验结果提出了用硫酸铵改性硝酸铵的各项工艺参数,为用硫酸铵改性硝酸铵应用于复合肥生产提供了参考。For the regulation of ammonium nitrate by the state,a scheme to use ammonium sulfate to modify ammonium nitrate is proposed,in order to meet the production need,experimental tests are conducted for the molten liquid of ammonium nitrate modified with ammonium sulfate in terms of melting,pH value,thermal stability,viscosity,crystallization,etc. And based on the test results,various process parameters for the modification of ammonium nitrate with ammonium sulfate are proposed,and reference for the application of ammonium sulfate modified ammonium nitrate in the production of compound fertilizer is provided.
