摘 要:为了实现在农产品光谱检测系统中光学镜头或光纤探头到样品表面距离的自动调节,开发一种基于激光传感器开关信号的高度自动调节系统.阐述了高度自动控制系统的工作原理、硬件构成和软件系统的构建.以运动控制器和STC89C52RC单片机为核心检测控制单元,采用MFC中基于对话框模式设计交互界面软件,用软件开启、关闭硬件系统.试验结果表明:该系统可以对样品高度进行自动调节,运动速度9.7 mm·s-1,运动误差小于1 mm;通过与人工手动调节比较,表明该系统在检测不同样品时,能明显减小因高度不同造成的光谱强度反射偏差,可以提高检测精度与效率.To automatically adjust the height between sample surface and optical fiber or camera lens of optical detection for agrieuhural products, an automatic system for height adjustment was established based on light sensor. The working principle, the hardware structure and the software of the proposed system were introduced. Motion controller and micro-controller were used as control and detecting unit. Based on dialog program model, MFC was developed to control the overall system by end user. The experimental results show that the developed system can automatically adjust vertical height with speed of 9.7 mm ·s-1 , and the system error is less than 1 mm. Compared with manual adjustment, the automatic system can significantly reduce the standard deviation of reflected light intensity by height. The non-destructive detection of agricultural products can be realized by the proposed automatic height adjustment system with improved precise and efficiency.
