摘　　要：本文首先分析了国家审计服务国家治理的历史性和必然性。在此基础上,从制度、组织主体和具体表征三个层面构建了国家审计服务国家治理的功能框架体系。最后,对国家审计服务国家治理的实现路径进行了探讨,提出应提高国家审计的信任度,开展审计治理诊断调查,提升国家审计适应性能力。The paper analyses the historicity and inevitability of state audit serving state governance, constructs a function system from three levels, including contract institution, organization object and specific feature. At last, the paper study the realization path of state audit serving state governance, proposing that state audit should enhance political trust, develop audit governance diagnosis and improve adaptable capacity.
