包容性增长视角下足球职业化改革的路径选择

摘　　要：文章从包容性增长视角去审视足球职业化改革面临的改革目标定位不清、体制机制障碍、利益关系扭曲失衡、后备人才规模滞后、改革认识评价片面化等主要问题,研究发现深化改革应以转变发展方式为目标,以体制机制改革为突破口,破除体制壁垒,完善利益协调机制,尊重多元利益诉求,强化后备人才培养体系建构,全面客观认识评价改革成绩和现存问题。From inclusive growth perspective reflecting football professional reform, the research thinks that there are big obstacles influencing football professional reform process such as the unclear reform goal orientation, physical barriers, distorted and imbalanced relationship, lag of reserve personnel training, and one-sided understanding problems in the reform. Based on inclusive growth, deepening the professional football reform must adapt to market economy, change development mode, transform the management system and operation mechanism to break system barriers, strengthen the reserve personnel training system construction, and objectively and rationally understand the reform achievements and existing problems.
