摘  要:建立了气相色谱法检测莴笋、油麦菜中烯酰吗啉残留的分析方法。样品采用乙腈提取,Canbon-NH2柱净化,DM-1色谱柱分析。莴笋、油麦菜中烯酰吗啉在0.064、0.128、0.320mg/kg 3个添加水平的平均加标回收率在范围86.4%~97.4%内,RSD(n=3)均〈10,方法理论最小检出限为0.01mg/kg。该方法满足莴笋、油麦菜中烯酰吗啉农药残留的检测要求。A method was established for the determination of Dimethomorph in Asparagus Lettuce and Leaf-used Lettuce by GC-ECD. The Residue of Dimethomorph in Asparagus Lettuce and Leafused Lettuce were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up with Canbon-NH2, DM-1 was the chromatographic column. The average recoveries in Asparagus Lettuce and Leaf-used Lettuce were between 86.4%~97.4% at three different concentration 0.064、 0.128、 0.320mg/kg, RSD(n=3) 10, the limit of quantification was 0.01mg/kg. The method was effectice and suitable for determing the residue of Dimethomorph in Asparagus Lettuce and Leaf-used Lettuce.
