高炉出铁沟永久衬浇注料的研究与应用

摘　　要：高炉出铁沟永久衬虽然不直接与铁水接触,但是需要良好的隔热性能,且对突发的漏铁事故有一定的抵御作用。本文探讨了以80均质料为骨料,加入SiC和C的含量对浇注料的强度以及抗渣性能的影响,通过实验,认为80均质料为骨料制备的永久衬浇注料指标合适现场工况条件使用,SiC的添加量为12%时效果最好。Permanent lining castable for iron trough of blast furnaces though not in direct contact with the molten iron,but good insulation properties,and resist of the sudden leakage of iron in the accident is needed.This paper explores the influence of content of SiC and C added to the bauxitebased homogenized refractory raw materials（Al2O380%）on the strength and slag resistance,the experiments shows the technical indicators of the permanent lining castable have reached the conditions of use,and add 12% of SiC is better.
