阿维菌素对日本鹌鹑繁殖能力的影响研究

摘　　要：研究了阿维菌素对日本鹌鹑(Coturnix japonica)繁殖能力的影响。试验共设置5、10、20mg/kg饲料3组处理及一组空白对照。试验结果表明:阿维菌素对鹌鹑的摄食可能存在一定的刺激作用;对鹌鹑体重存在短期的影响,同时导致鹌鹑产蛋量降低;阿维菌素处理对日本鹌鹑所产蛋的蛋壳厚度、碎壳率没有影响,但对其受精率、孵化率存在一定程度的影响,处理剂量越高,受精率与孵化率越低,呈高度负相关;阿维菌素处理对子代幼鹑无明显影响。研究一方面可为阿维菌素的合理使用提供科学参考,另一方面,可为建立我国农药鸟类慢性毒性试验方法,完善我国农药登记评价技术体系提供技术支撑。The impact of Avermectins on the reproduction of Japanese quail was studied. In the test, three doses （5mg/kg, 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg） and one blank control were studied. And the results showed that： Avermectins could slightly stir the ingestion of the quails, and had short term effect on the body weight of the quails although the body weight finally recovered; Avermectins could influence the egg production of the quails, as the production of the treated groups were obviously lower than that of control; Avermectins had no impact on the eggshell thickness and the percentage of egg cracked, but could influence the fertility and the hatchabili- ty, and the test results of the two parameters were highly negative correlated with the treatment doses; Avermectins had no impact on the young offspring. The results of this study provided asci- entifically reference for the reasonable use of Avermectins, and also help us develop a chronic toxicity test methed for avian and therefore improve the pesticide registration assessment technique system in China.
