联菊·丁醚脲20%乳油高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水溶液为流动相,使用WondaSil C185μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外波长检测器,检测波长235nm,对联菊·丁醚脲20%乳油进行的定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准偏差分别为0.075 7、0.074 0,变异系数为0.726%、0.714%,平均回收率为99.65%、99.26%,线性相关系数为0.999、0.999。Amethod for the quantitative analysis of bifenthrin diafenthiuron 20% EC by HPLC was described in this paper, using methanol and water as mobile phase, WondaSil C18-5μm column, UV wavelength detector at 235nm. The result showed the standard deviation of this method were 0.075 7 and 0.074 0, coefficient of variation 0.726% and 0.714%, the average re- covery 99.65% and 99.26%, linear correlation coneffieient 0.999 and 0.999 for bifenthrin and diafenthiuron respectively.
