摘　　要：以地震灾害影响场为核心数据,探讨基于Google Earth服务的地震灾害信息管理系统的建设思路和建设方法,目的在于将地震灾害信息与网络信息技术相结合,加大信息共享力度,起到真正动态显示作用。已实现的地震灾害信息显示系统可在应急救援与灾区重建方面有显著优势。结果表明:Google Earth可以在地震灾害显示中起到动态管理和辅助决策作用。In this paper,taking the earthquake influenced field as the core data,the construction idea and method of seismic disaster information management system based on Google Earth aer exploreted.The objective is to combine earthquake disaster information and network tech-nique,increase information sharing efforts and play a real role of dynamic display.Earth-quake disaster information system has many significant advantages in the aspects of emergency rescue and reconstruction.The results showed that Google Earth can play an important role in dynamic management and assistant decision function in the earthquakes.
