Experimental Investigation of the Performance of Heating and Air-conditioning System with Air Source Heat Pump and Low Temperature Difference Fan Coil Indoor Terminals in Shanghai

摘  要:为解决夏热冬冷地区冬季供暖问题,本文设计了空气源热泵结合小温差换热风机盘管末端的分布式空调系统。实验研究表明:在冬季典型工况下采用35℃左右的热水供暖,系统制热性能系数(COP)可达3.0;在夏季典型工况下采用10℃左右的冷水制冷,系统制冷COP也在3.0以上。结果表明通过使用小温差换热末端降低了机组设定出水温度,改善了机组的运行工况,提升系统的能效比。系统解决了目前空气源热泵在冬季低温工况下供暖能效低、舒适性差等问题,为解决我国南方冬季供暖问题提供了可行方案。This paper deals with an air source heat pump (ASHP) space heating and cooling system with low temperature difference fan coil indoor terminals to solve the residential heating in winter for hot summer and cold winter regions. Experiment results show that the system has a total coefficient of performance (COP) about 3.0 with ASHP outlet water temperature at 35 oC under typical operation condition in winter;and a total COP over 3.0 with ASHP outlet water temperature at 10 oC under typical operation condition in summer. It indicates that by the use of low temperature difference fan coil units, the operation condition of ASHP is improved, thus has a better COP. This kind of system can overcome the typical problem (low energy efficiency and bad thermal comfort) of traditional ASHP heating system, providing an alternative solution for residential heating in winter in south China.
