摘  要:空气源热泵热水器具有节能环保的优点,是一种非常好的热水技术。但是由于压缩机可靠性和制热量衰减的原因,空气源热泵热水器在低温区域的应用受到限制。本文主要阐述了变频双级增焓热泵技术及其关键技术的应用效果。通过将双级压缩增焓和变频技术有机结合,提出一种适用于寒冷地区的变频双级增焓空气源热泵热水器系统。采用该系统的空气源热泵热水器,制热效率和制热量得到了提高,可靠性得到增强;在国标名义工况下性能系数(COP)达到5.0以上,并获得了-25℃环境温度下制取55℃热水的良好运行效果。该系统能够很好地解决空气源热泵热水器在低温地区的适用性问题。Air source heat pump water heater (ASHPWH) is proved to be a good water heating technology with energy-saving and environmental protection advantage. Due to the compressor reliability and heating capacity concern, the application of ASHPWH in the relatively low temperature area is restricted. In the present study, the two-stage compression and vapor injection variable frequency heating technology and the application effect of this key technique were described. A variable frequency two-stage enthalpy-adding ASHPWH system was developed by combining two-stage compression enthalpy-adding cycle with variable frequency technology. By using the proposed ASHPWH system, the heating efficiency and heating capacity were improved, and the reliability was increased; the coefficient of performance (COP) can be raised up to 5.0 in the standard rating condition, and the operation effect was very good for producing 55℃ hot water at-25℃ ambient temperature. The proposed system can effectively solve the suitability problems of the ASHPWH unit in low temperature regions.
