针灸推拿加中药湿热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经根型颈椎病分别用针灸推拿、中药湿热敷、中药湿热敷加针灸推拿治疗的临床疗效。方法选取患神经根型颈椎病的患者120例分成三组,每组各40例,第一组采用针灸推拿治疗,第二组采用中药湿热敷治疗,第三组采用中药湿热敷加针灸推拿治疗。结果针灸推拿组总的有效率82.50%,中药湿热敷组总有效率为77.50%,中药湿热敷加针灸推拿组总有效率为100%,三组均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中药湿热敷加针灸推拿疗效率更优于以上二组。结论中药湿热敷加针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效更好。Objective To observe the nerve root type cervical spondylosis with acupuncture and massage , Chinese medicine , Chinese medicine hot compress with wet wetcompress the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and mas -sage.Methods 120 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into three groups , 40 cases in each group, the first group were treated by Acupuncture and massage therapy , the second group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress treatment ,third group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress plus acupuncture and massage therapy.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture and massagegroup 82.50%, Chi-nese medicine wet compress group total effectiveness is 77.50%, traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress plus ac-upuncture and Tuina group total effectiveness 100%, three groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , and the tra-ditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage therapy with wet hot compress is more efficient than the above two groups.Conclusions TCM wet compress and curative effect of acupuncture and massage in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy better.
