摘　　要：莱钢集团焦化厂7#和8#焦炉推焦作业过程中在摘门和推焦环节,焦侧会有大量粉尘沿炉柱向上逸出,污染现场作业环境,通过在拦焦车取门机上方安装摘门除尘系统、优化操作设计等改进措施,有效捕集逸出的粉尘。目前7#和8#焦炉拦焦车摘门除尘系统运行效果良好,实现了焦炉清洁生产。In the door picking and coke pushing process of Laiwu Steel＇s No. 7 and No. 8 coke ovens, a lot of dust would escape from along the oven column, polluting the operating environment. A dust removal system was installed a- bove the door extractor and operation practice was also optimized, which have effectively trapped the escaped dust. At present the dust removal system has been operating well, realizing clean coking production.
