摘　　要：目的加强上海市职业健康检查机构质量管理,规范职业健康检查技术服务行为。方法采用问卷调查、专题访谈以及现场评估的方法,得出上海市职业健康检查机构基本情况。结果在所调查的64家职业健康检查机构中,有3家机构2013年起不再继续开展职业健康检查;另有19家机构从2012年起未开展。所有参与调查的机构在组织机构、人员配置、仪器设备、工作场所及质量管理方面虽存在一定的问题,但基本满足质量控制要求。结论职业健康检查机构应在上级机构的指导下进一步优化资源配置,使它们在职业健康检查方面的综合工作能力得到进一步提高,为上海市职业健康检查机构规范化建设和发展提供理论依据。Objective To strengthen the quality management of agencies for occupation health examination in Shanghai, and standardize the occupational health inspection service in all agencies. Methods The basic information on agencies for occupational health examination were obtained by questionnaire, the special interview and on-site assessment. Results Totally 64 agencies were investigated. Among them, 19 agencies didn＇t provide service in 2012 and 2 agencies will not provide service. All agencies can meet the requirement of quality control,though, to some extent, all agencies had shortage in the organization structure, personnel allocation, equipment,work places arrangement and quality management system. Conclusion In order to improve the comprehensive work ability, the agencies for occupational health examination should further optimize the allocation of resources according to the guidance issued by the government.
