摘  要:目的:以离子液体为萃取剂,采用微波辅助萃取法(MAE)对穿心莲中的穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的萃取进行研究。方法:考察了温度、时间、相比和原药粒径等因素对萃取效果的影响,比较了MAE和传统溶剂回流萃取法(HRE)的萃取率。结果:以离子液体([Bmim]Tf2N)为萃取剂,液固比(mL∶g)10∶1,80℃微波辅助萃取3 min,穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的萃取率分别为16.08 mg·g-1和4.76 mg·g-1。结论:与传统的萃取方法比较,本方法快速高效、对环境无污染。A microwave-assisted extraction( MAE) method was used to extract andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide from Andrographis paniculata( Burm. f.) Nees. Ionic liquid was employed as extractant. Influential factors such as system temperature,extraction time,phase ratio and particle size were examined. The yield of the two target ingredients was compared between MAE and solvent reflux extraction( HRE). The optimal MAE conditions were: the solvent was [Bmim]Tf2N solution,the ratio of liquid /solid( mL∶ g) was 10∶1,the extraction temperature was 80 ℃,and time was 3 min. Under this condition,the yields of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 16. 08 mg·g^- 1and 4. 76 mg·g^- 1respectively.
