六安市农村敬老院现状及入住满意度的调查与分析

摘　　要：农村敬老院入住满意度的高低是影响敬老院发展的重要因素。文章介绍了六安市农村敬老院的发展现状,并调查该市H镇三所敬老院,取得有效样本量128份,设置环境、设施、管理、医疗、饮食五个变量,各变量包含若干子变量;先对子变量进行分析,找出造成五个方面不满意的原因;再运用SPSS(19.0版)软件分析各变量,从总体上分析影响农村敬老院入住满意度的原因,最后给出结论与建议。The level of occupant satisfaction of rural nursing home is an important factor influencing the development of nursing home.In this paper,the status quo of rural nursing homes in Lu＇an City is described,and then three nursing homes in H Town,Lu＇an City are investigated and 128effective samples are obtained.Five variables including environment,facilities,management,medical care and food are set up,and each variable contains a number of sub-variables.First,the sub-variables are analyzed to determine the causes of the dissatisfaction in the above-mentioned five aspects.Then the factors influencing the occupant satisfaction of rural nursing home are analyzed by using the software SPSS 19.0.The corresponding conclusions and suggestions are also put forward.
