基于Web的绿色低碳发展评价系统研究

摘　　要：本文借助Java编程技术和Matlab工具,架构了B/S三层网络框架,通过对数据库、方法库和知识库进行集成,实现了Web环境下对数据库数据的读取、方法的调用以及知识库信息的匹配,在此基础上,开发了绿色低碳发展评价原型系统。作为应用案例,本文以澳大利亚为例,采用能源消费数据、人均GDP和三次多项式方程对澳大利亚的三个倒U型曲线高峰进行了拟合分析。结果证明,基于Java编程技术和Matlab工具的原型系统开发方法是高效的,该系统的运用将极大提高相关领域科研工作的效率。In this paper, based on the architecture design of B/S three layer network, and the integration of database, method base and knowledge base, a evaluation prototype system of green low carbon development was developed, by using Java programming technology and tools of Matlab. Taking Australia as an example, three inverted U curve peak of Australia were analyzed using the data of energy consumption, per capita GDP and three degree polynomial equation. Results show that the use of the system developed by Java programming technology and tools of Matlab will greatly improve the efifciency of scientiifc research work.
