摘　　要：对136例胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者进行手术治疗,开展围手术期个性化心理疏导及完善的术前准备。针对重症肌无力和胸部手术可能带来的肌无力危象和呼吸道感染等严重术后并发症进行有针对性地护理及病情观察,提供专业化的出院指导,是保证手术效果、改善远期预后的重要手段。Surgical treatment of 136 cases thymomas with myasthenia gravis（MG）was carried out while individual-ized psychological counseling and preoperative preparations were made. Targeted nursing and observation services were offered in case of potential postoperative complications caused by MG surgery and thoracic operation and spe-cialized discharge instructions were given. These are important measures in ensuring operation effect and improving patients’ long-term prognosis.
