摘 要:以硅藻中的谷皮菱形藻(Nitzschia palea)为实验材料,研究了温度、光照、氮和磷浓度对其生长的影响。结果显示,谷皮菱形藻对温度的适应范围较广,15-35℃范围内均可生长,当温度为35℃时比生长率最大。在光照1 000-5 000 lx范围内,谷皮菱形藻均能达到较高的细胞密度,光照为1 000 lx时,其最终细胞密度最大,光照5 000 lx时,比生长速率最大。在氮磷浓度实验中,氮浓度分别定位于1 mg/L和11 mg/L,每个氮浓度下设置磷浓度梯度为0.05、0.1、0.5、2 mg/L,结果显示不同处理间藻的比生长速率存在极显著差异。在低氮条件下,磷浓度为2 mg/L时比生长速率最大;在高氮条件下,磷浓度为0.1 mg/L时比生长速率最大。In this study,the effects of temperature,illumination,nitrogen and phosphorus concentration on the growth of Nitzschia palea were investigated. The results showed that N. palea could survive and grow in a wide range of temperature 15 - 35 ℃ with the highest growth rate on 35 ℃. N. palea had a relatively higher cell density during illumination of 1 000 - 5 000 lx,and it had the maximum cell density at 1 000 lx while grown fastest at 5 000 lx. In the experment of nitrogen and phosphorus concentration,the nitrogen concentration was set two groups 1 mg / L and 11 mg / L,and each group set one phosphorus concentration gradient 0. 05,0. 1,0. 5 mg / L. The consequence indicated that there was highly significant difference between the specific growth rate of different treatment. Under the condition of low nitrogen concentration( 1 mg/L) with phosphorus concentration of 2 mg/L,the N. palea could reach the maximum specific growth rate. However, under the condition of high N stress( 11 mg / L) with phosphorus concentration of 0. 1 mg / L,the algae specific could grow fastest.
