摘 要:对某造纸企业纸机的干燥部稳定箱吹风系统进行节能技术改造,用机械密封取代稳定箱的边缘吹风,同时取消稳定箱干网出口的吹风。改造后在保证干网和稳定箱之间真空度的前提下,显著减少了稳定箱吹风系统的风量,降低了整个干燥部变频风机的运行负荷。项目节能效果显著,每年可为企业节约920.6t标准煤,节约能源成本101.2万元。项目投资回报期约为2年,经济可行。A technical transformation was carried out for the blowing system of stabilizing box in the drying part of paper machines of an enterprise, with the marginal ventilation replaced by mechanical sealing, and ventilation canceled at the outlet of stabilizing box. After transformation, the blowing volume of stabilizing box was signiifcantly reduced on the premise of reserving the vacuum degree between stabilizing box and fabrics, with the load of ventilating fan in drying part reduced. The energy saving effect of the project is remarkable, 920.6 tons of standard coal should be saved, or 1.012 million RMB energy cost should be reduced every year. The investment return period of this project is about two years, which proved that the investment is feasible in economy.
