摘　　要：介绍了2万t/a杨木化机浆生产线的工艺设计,包括用于配抄文化用纸的杨木化机浆系统的工艺流程、有关技术参数及设备选型。该系统的工艺设备全由国内厂家配套,具有投资省、建设周期短、占地面积小、制浆成本低、环境污染小等工程特点。代表了目前中小型化机浆项目中设备完全国内配套,及大型化机浆项目中绝大部分设备国内配套的发展趋势。Production line of poplar bleaching chemical-mechanical pulp with annual capacity of 20,000 tons was introduced including process lfow, relating technical data and equipment selection for the ifne paper partial mixing with popular pulp. The equipment of this technological process were wholly provided by the domestic enterprises, which has the features of small investment, short construction period, small lfoor space, low pulping cost and less environmental pollution. It embodies the current development situation of the equipment for medium-and-small sized and most of the large sized chemi-mechanical pulp projects wholly provided by the domestic enterprises.
