摘  要:为了探究X射线辐射对小鼠肾组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Na+-K+ATP酶活性及Caspase-3蛋白、Bax蛋白表达的影响,对96只成体小鼠用不同剂量的X射线(0、1、3、5Gy)进行全身辐射,分别于辐射后5、10、15d和20d,用比色法测量小鼠肾组织结构中乳酸脱氢酶、Na+-K+ATP酶的活性变化,用免疫组化法测量小鼠肾组织结构中Caspase-3蛋白、Bax蛋白表达的变化.结果发现:经X射线辐射后小鼠肾组织乳酸脱氢酶活性有不同程度增加,Na+-K+ATP酶活性有不同程度的降低,Caspase-3蛋白和Bax蛋白的表达增强.据此认为,X射线辐射剂对小鼠肾脏组织细胞有明显的损伤效应.To explore the effects of the X-ray with different dosages on the activity of lactate dehydro-genase(LDH),Na+-K+ATP enzyme and the expression of Caspase-3 protein and Bax protein of mouse kidney tissue,96 mice(Musmusculus)are irradiated with different dosages (0,1,3,5 Gy)of X-ray.At 5, 10,15,20 d after irradiation,changes of the activity of LDH and Na+-K+ATP enzyme of mouse kidney tis-sue are examined by colorimetric method and the changes of the expression of Caspase-3 protein and Bax protein of mouse kidney tissue are examined by immunohistochemical staining.The result showed the activ-ity of LDH increased to different degrees,but the activity of Na+-K+ATP enzyme significantly decreased, both of the Caspase-3 protein and Bax protein expression level increased.X-ray radiation could cause obvi-ous inj ury to the tissue structure and function of kidney.
