摘 要:运用SPAD-502叶绿素仪,对来自江西、浙江和福建的9个不同油茶无性系的叶绿素相对含量进行测定。结果表明:不同油茶无性系的叶片叶绿素相对含量差异极显著,PN7的叶绿素相对含量最高,同为福建省当地无性系的△51-2和○65-7的值明显偏低。不同油茶无性系叶片多以叶基部的叶绿素相对含量最高,叶尖部最低。每个无性系不同节位叶片叶绿素相对含量大小顺序不统一,植株中部叶的叶中部位叶绿素相对含量的标准误相对较低,比较稳定,可作为叶绿素相对含量的最佳测定部位。Relative chlorophyll content of nine different Camellia oleifera clones from Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces were measured by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter. The results indicated that highly significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) was presented among the tested samples. The relative content values of chlorophyll of clone PN7 was the highest, that of clone △51-2 and clone ○65-7 as local clones of Fujian province was obviously lower. The relative chlorophyll content of the basal portion of leaf was the highest in the blade of different C. oleifera clones mostly but the lowest in the leaf tip. The or- der of size of the value wasn' t unified to relative chlorophyll content values in the leaf of different plant parts of each clone. Relative chlorophyll content of the middle part of leaf of the middle part of C. oleifera was relatively low. The central part of the leaves in the central part of the C. oleifera was the optimal position for chlorophyl/measurement, for the standard error of relative chlorophyll content of this part is relatively low and more stable.
