摘  要:运用TTC检测法、联苯胺一过氧化氢法、电镜扫描等方法,对地被香石竹‘春之歌’的花粉形态、花粉活力、花粉萌发、柱头可授性进行观察测定。结果表明:花粉外形为近圆球形,直径约为32—45μm,具10多个萌发孔,外壁纹饰为颗粒状。散粉期的花粉生活力为49.5%,离体萌发率可达28.7%,花粉管不完全是单一萌发,柱头在绒毛1/3~3/4时可授性最强。为利用该品种进行香石竹杂交育种提供参考。The pollen morphology, pollen viability, pollen germination, stigma receptivity and growth of pollen tube from the flower of Dianthus caryophyllus × D. chinensis ' Chunzhige' were studied by means of observation and determination, TTC method, Benzidine-H2 02 method, and so on. The results showed that the pollen of ' Chunzhige' was ellipsoidal with more than 10 germination aperture and granular exospore. The maximum of the pollen vitality was up to 49.5% and the ger- mination rate of pollen was 28.7% during pollen dispersal period. The pollen tube grew from more than single germination aperture. The pollination capability of stigma was stronger when length of the stigma fluff was from 1/3 to 3/4. This paper offered a basical reference for cross breeding in Dianthus.
