摘  要:【目的】植物激素能够影响种子的萌发,探讨赤霉素(GA3)和α-萘乙酸(NAA)对盐穗木种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以及在盐胁迫条件下GA3和NAA对其萌发的作用。【方法】用不同浓度的激素溶液浸泡盐穗木种子,观测记录种子萌发情况。【结果】不同浓度的GA3和NAA对种子萌发均有促进作用,但表现出低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的趋势。在高浓度NaCl溶液中,GA3和NAA对盐穗木种子具有促进萌发的作用。【结论】GA3和NAA对盐穗木种子萌发起到有效的促进作用,在盐胁迫条件下也能够促进种子萌发。[Objective] Plant hormones can affect seed germination.Seeds of Halostachys caspica were treated using GA3 and NAA of different concentrations and the effects of exogenous growth regulator were explored.[Method] Seed geminating and seeding growth of Halostachys caspica were observed under the different concentrations of hormone solution.[Result] The results showed that both of GA3 and NAA of different concentrations on Halostachys caspica seed germination were duplicative,and their high concentrations inhibited seed germination and their low concentrations promoted seed germination.GA3 and NAA could alleviate the inhibition of seed germination of Halostachys caspica under the high concentration of NaCI stress.[Conclusion] This study demonstrated that plant hormones play an effective role in promoting seed germination of Halostachys caspica and can enhance seed geminating under salt stress.
