摘 要:【目的】研究微生物对新疆低阶煤的降解转化能力,筛选出适合降解新疆低阶煤的菌株。【方法】从新疆不同地域采集煤样及煤水样进行菌种分离纯化,筛选出将煤样转化为黑色液滴的菌株,并利用液体培养基进行溶煤实验,测定其转化能力。【结果】4号、8号和201号菌株转化率分别达到53.12%、51.86%和48.17%,表现出良好的降解能力。【结论】选育出三株与新疆低阶煤相匹配的降解菌株,为探索新疆低阶煤资源的创新利用提供了参考。[Objective] The main purpose of this study was is to investigate the capability of microorganism for biodegradation and transformation of Xinjiang low-rank coal,and select the suitable microorganism for biodegradatingbiodegradation of the Xinjiang low-rank coal.[Method] Microbial strains were isolated from coal and water samples of from several coal mines in Xinjiang.Strains with transforming coal particles into black liquid were selected.And microorganism solubilizing coal capability werecapability was tested by experiment in liquid media.[Result]Three strains (named as 4,8,and 201),capable of degrading Xinjiang low-rank coal were isolated.The degradation ratios of 4,8,and 201 were 53.12%,51.86%,and 48.17%,respectively.And all of them have showed good ability in coal degradation.[Conclusion] This study has provided reference for creatively utilization utilizating the resource of Xinjiang low-rank coal with the new method.
