摘　　要：以青藏高原东缘龙门山地带某煤矿为例,根据其同时存在冲击矿压、煤与瓦斯突出的特点,基于冲击矿压、瓦斯突出的理论研究和现场实践,分析两者共同特征,提出冲击地压、煤与瓦斯突出共同作用下的开采防治措施,运用松动爆破,合理选择开拓和开采方法,煤层注水,加强支护等方法防治冲击矿压,以及运用抽采瓦斯,预测预报与开采解放层等方法防治特定地质条件下的煤与瓦斯突出。According to the characteristics of coal and gas outburst and pressure bump of a coal mine of Longmenshan zone in the eastern margin of Tibetan Plateau,the author makes an analysis of the two common characteristics by theoretical study and field practice and proposes the mining prevention measures for preventing pressure bump by loose blasting,reasonable selection of exploration,mining method,coal seam water injection and support reinforcement and for preventing coal and gas outburst under specific geological conditions by gas drainage,forecast and mining solutions layer.
