摘　　要：首先介绍了水面舰艇编队在防空作战中所面临的主要威胁和特点,再根据影响目标威胁评估的因素指标,运用熵值法对这些因素的权重进行确定,然后结合多属性决策理论,将决策信息标准化,确定出威胁程度的优选值,建立基于理想解法的水面舰艇编队防空威胁判断模型,最后应用算例对所采用的算法和所建立的模型进行验证。After introducing the major threaten and the features of water surface ship antiaircraft defensive operations, the weight of indexes on realistic air threat to surface warships is studied in this paper. Based on MUDP, the decision messa- ges are normalized, the preferred value of threaten is ascertained, and the target threat judgment model in surface antiaircraft is established by TOPSIS. Finally, through case study, this method is proved to be feasible for analyzing target threat judg- ment in surface warships antiaircraft.
