摘  要:随着智能配电网的发展,低压配电网配置计量装置将越来越完善,为理论线损的准确计算奠定了基础,从而为制定节能降损措施提供了技术条件。首先,指出了目前常用的低压台区理论线损计算方法存在的问题;其次,在计量装置配置完善化前提下,提出了一种计及负荷波动、三相不平衡、低压无功补偿、单相/三相混合供电等情况的低压台区理论线损计算方法;最后,将所提方法应用于实际低压台区理论线损计算,能更为准确地反映三相负荷不平衡、负荷波动、低压无功补偿等因素对低压台区线损的影响,能更为有效地制定低压配电网节能降损措施。With the development of smart distribution grid,meter devices configured for low-voltage power distribution are improving over time,which lays foundation for accurate theoretical line loss calculation and provides technical conditions for energy conservation and loss reduction. First,various problems in theoretic line loss calculation methods for low-voltage distribution areas are analyzed. Second,assuming that low-voltage distribution areas are equipped with enough meter devices,the paper put forward a theoretical line loss calculation method for low-voltage transformer areas, which considers affecting factors such as load fluctuations,three-phase load unbalance,low-voltage reactive power compensation and single-phase / three-phase / three-phase four-wire hybrid power supply. Finally,the proposed method is applied to calculate theoretic line loss in real cases,and the calculation results can reflect more accurately the influence of load fluctuations,three-phase load unbalance,low-voltage reactive power compensation and other factors. Therefore,it is more effective for drawing up energy loss reduction measures for low-voltage distribution grid.
