摘 要:建立了变电站选址定容的全寿命周期成本(LCC)模型,并将分布式电源(DG)引入到该模型,同时考虑变电站的上级电源供电线路、下级供电线路和变电站的原始投资、运行、维护费用、停电费用,废弃成本以及分布式电源的安装、运行维护费用。以变电站的全寿命周期成本最小为优化目标,同时考率地理因素和电气因素,将不可建站区域和违反约束条件的方案以罚函数的形式加入到目标函数中,协调规划方案的可行性与经济性,运用Voronoi图划分供电区域,并采用改进的粒子群算法求解该模型,通过算例分析研究,验证了本文所提模型可行性和方法的有效性。This paper establishes the life cycle cost( LCC) model for substation locating and sizing,in which distributed power( DG) is introduced. Meanwhile,the initial investment,operation and maintenance cost,fault cost and disposal cost for superior and lower power lines of the substation and transformer equipment,and the initial investment,operation and maintenance cost of DG are considered in the new model. Setting life cycle cost minimization as the optimization goal and considering geographic and electrical factors,improper site area and scheme that violate the constraints are added into the objective function as a penalty function to balance the feasibility and economy of the scheme. Dividing power supply area using the Voronoi diagram,the model is solved with the improved particle swarm algorithm. Through case analysis,the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the method are verified.
