摘  要:通过筛分和坚固性实验,利用扫描电子显微镜技术(SEM)和X射线衍射技术(XRD)研究了磷渣砂的几何性质、力学性能、化学成分和矿物组成。采用不同磷渣砂取代石英砂的比例配制砂浆,分析了砂浆的工作性能和力学性能。结果表明:经筛分配制的磷渣砂,其坚固性和碱活性都可以达到用砂要求,磷渣砂掺量对砂浆的性能影响显著,砂浆的抗压强度随磷渣砂掺量的增加先增大后减少。通过适当的配比设计,控制磷渣砂∶砂=2∶3(质量比)时,可以配制出各项性能指标均满足技术要求的磷渣砂砂浆。Geometrical characteristics,mechanical properties and chemical mineral composition of phosphorus slag sand were researched through screening and robustness experiments,combined with SEM and XRD testing technology. The mortars work performance and mechanical properties were studied by the different dosage of phosphorous slag to replace sand ratio. Experimental results show that sturdiness and alkali activity can meet the requirements. The influence of addition content of phosphorus slag on the workability of mortar is obvious. And as the content of phosphorus slag increases,the compressive strength of mortar increases and then decreases. The test results show that with appropriate mix design,the phosphorus slag mortar confected with two qualities of phosphorus and three qualities of sand meets all requirements on each performance.
