摘  要:四川地区的气井大多是"三高"气井,地理位置偏远,缺少有力的监管,气井的腐蚀、磨损、老化严重,井口隐患多。文章总结了四川地区在气井井口隐患处理过程中所用的关键技术,在对各种技术原理的分析基础上,讨论了其在四川地区的应用效果。分析讨论认为,压井更换井口装置虽技术可靠,但工程量大,操作程序复杂,已比不上带压换阀技术的方便快捷。四川地区对气井井口隐患的治理常采用液压式堵塞、冷冻暂堵、带压钻孔等系列技术并配合非正规井口整改技术,取得了良好的效果,为其它地区累积了气井井口隐患的治理经验。Most of the gas wells in Sichuan are featured by high pressure,high H2S content,high critical H2S and CO2.They are located in remote region and lack of efficient supervision,so the corrosion,wearing and aging of the wellhead equipment are very serious. The common key technologies of controlling gas well wellhead equipment hazards were summarized in Sichuan and their application effects were discussed based on the analysis of techniques principle. The application results showed that the technology of replacing wellhead equipment without well killing was more convenient and faster than that after well killing. In Sichuan area, using hydraulic plugging technology,freeze temporary blocking technology and pressure boring technology etc. controlled gas well wellhead equipment hazards,and obtained good results.
