钻完井专业化技术服务安全管理探讨

摘　　要：随着勘探开发向"低、深、海、非"领域的发展,对钻井技术和服务的要求也越来越高,钻井专业化技术服务面临的风险越来越大。分析了钻完井服务专业存在风险的原因,提出控制风险的管理措施,重点强调了强化安全教育培训、提高作业人员综合技能,加强技术服务现场标准化建设、落实属地责任,大力开展作业现场绩效考核三个方面的管理措施,以期为钻完井专业化技术服务的进一步发展提供安全保障。With the development of exploration,the requirements of the drilling technology and service become increasingly higher and the risk of specialization drilling technical service is also higher and higher. The reasons of the risk existent in drilling and completion service were analyzed,and the management measures of control risk were put forward,emphasis on strengthening safety education and training and improving the comprehensive skills of workers,strengthening standardization construction of on- site technical service and implementing the territorial responsibility,and carrying out site performance assessment. These management measures provided security for the further development of specialization drilling and completion technical services.
