摘 要:水力压裂是低渗透油气藏开发增产的关键技术,但由于滤液的浸入、压裂液破胶不彻底、压裂液不溶物的滞留等因素,降低了压裂增产效果。低伤害BCG压裂液体系,通过疏水缔合效应作用,在溶液中形成一种超分子聚集体的结构流体,在不交联的条件下,达到压裂施工的携砂要求;并能够降低常规压裂液的不利因素,同时对储层伤害较低。室内性能评价表明,在温度为160℃时,BCG压裂液具有良好的抗温抗剪切性能,能够满足深井压裂需要。压裂液防膨性能较好,防膨率可达93.6%,与低渗透储层之间的配伍性好;BCG压裂液破胶彻底、无残渣,避免了残渣对地层的损害,降低了其对岩心基质渗透率和支撑裂缝导流能力的伤害,减少堵塞油层的几率。可见,具有水缔合作用的压裂液不仅满足了现场施工对压裂液的要求,同时降低了对储层的伤害,为塔里木油田高效开发提供了新的途径。Hydrofracturing is the key technology of low permeability reservoir exploitation,owing to filtration loss,incomplete gel breaking and insolubles retention of conventional fracturing fluid,the effect of fracturing stimulation has been reduced greatly. So,a kind of low damage BGG fracturing fluid was de-veloped. The BGG fracturing fluid could form a structural fluid of supramolecular aggregates by hydrophobic association effect,and meet the requirements of carrying sand in hydrofracturing under the condition of no cross- linking. The lab assessment results indicated that when formation temperature is 160℃,BGG has favorable anti- temperature and anti- shearing property,could meet the requirement of deep well fracturing. In addition,its anti- swelling rate was high up to 93. 6%,and its compatibility was good with low permeability reservoir. Simultaneously,the BGG fracturing fluid possessed good gel breaking property and nearly no residues,it reduced the probability of reservoir plugging. Field application results showed that the BGG fracturing fluid met not only the fracturing construction requirements,but also reduced the reservoir damage.
