不同茎色类型田七苗期农艺性状和生理特性研究

摘  要:以3种茎色类型的田七苗为试材,分别测定其苗期的农艺性状和生理特性。结果表明,紫色茎秆田七苗的叶长、叶宽、单叶面积、株高、茎粗均大于绿茎和过渡茎,过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性整体上比绿茎和过渡茎的高,不同茎色类型田七苗之间的叶绿素含量差别不明显,紫色茎秆田七苗的丙二醛含量整体上比绿茎和过渡茎的低,说明紫色茎秆田七苗具有叶片宽大、株型粗壮的农艺特性优势,且抗逆性和次生代谢物的合成潜力高于绿茎和过渡茎。Using three kinds of Panax notoginseng seedlings as materials, the difference of agronomic traits and physiological characteristics during seedling stage were measured. The results showed that the length and width of leaves, height, stem thick of the purple stem of P. notoginseng were bigger than those of the green stem and transitional stem. The activities of POD and PAL in the purple stem were higher than those of the green and transitional stem, while the content of chlorophyll was not significantly different among different color stems, the content of MDA in purple stem was lower than that of the green stem and transitional stem. Purple stem P. notoginseng had big leaf area, tall stout of agronomic advantage compared with the green stem and transitional stem, the stress resistance and potential of synthesis secondary metabolites of purple stem P. notoginseng were higher than that of the green stem and transitional stem.
