摘  要:探讨广藿香连作土壤对后茬广藿香扦插苗生根的化感作用,初步揭示广藿香连作土壤的化感作用机制。分别考察本底土和连作土壤对广藿香扦插苗在生根过程中的生理指标影响。结果表明,广藿香连作土壤对其扦插苗生根的根长、平均不定根数、根系活力以及扦插苗的生长速率和鲜重增加速率均具有不同程度的抑制作用;并降低了叶片的叶绿素含量;扦插苗过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)的活性和含量也受到了抑制。广藿香连作土壤影响了其扦插苗不定根的形成和生长。In order to study the allelopathy effects of continuous cropping soil on the rooting and growth of stem cuttings in Pogostemon cablin and reveal the allelopathic effect of continuous cropping soil of P. cablin and its mechanism initially, the changes of rhizogenesis characteristics and physic-biochemical during cutting seedlings were observed when using uncultured soil and continuous cropping soil. The study showed that continuous cropping soil of P. cablin showed inhibiting effects on root number, root length, root activity and growth rate, the rate of fresh and chlorophyll content of cutting seedlings. Meanwhile, the activity and content of POD, PPO and IAAO in cutting seedlings decreased. Continuous cropping soil of P. cablin can influence the normal rooting and growth of stem cuttings.
