国家森林公园低碳旅游发展水平测度——以贾登峪国家森林公园为例

摘　　要：全球气候变暖和旅游业的可持续发展越来越受到国际社会的关注,低碳旅游的发展也日渐突显出其在旅游业可持续发展中的重要性。森林公园作为具有生物多样性的自然生态系统旅游资源,在维护陆地生态系统稳定和开展森林旅游中发挥着重要作用。运用层次分析法和德尔菲法,构建了国家森林公园低碳旅游评价体系,确定各指标层及指标因子的权重,建立了综合评价的多指标加权模型。最后对贾登峪国家森林公园进行实证研究,结果表明:贾登峪国家森林公园低碳旅游发展水平为0.656,为低碳发展阶段,还需管理部门加大对旅游者和旅游企业经营者的低碳宣传和鼓励,建立完善的园区低碳旅游管理机制。As the climate changes and sustainable development of tourism receives more and more attention from the world, the development of low carbon tourism is increasingly highlighting its importance on the sustainable development of tourism. Forest park, a tourism resource with biodiversity of the natural ecosystem, plays an important role in the maintenance of stability on the terrestrial ecosystem. In this paper, an index system for evaluation on the low-carbon tourism of national forest park was established, which used AHP and Delphi method to ascertain the index weight. Then, taking Jiadengyu National Forest Park as the example for practical study, it concluded that the low-carbon development level of the Jiadengyu National Forest Park was 0.656. At this development stage, we should put emphasis on increasing the low carbon propaganda and encouragement on tourists and tourism enterprises so as to establish a better low-carbon tourism management mechanism.
