浅谈京帮水泛丸的传统制备工具与方法

摘　　要：从传统制备水丸的工具、制备方法以及京帮传统水泛丸成品质量的检验方法、制备水丸时的注意事项等方面阐述京帮传统水泛丸制备工具与方法特点,指出水泛丸的制备方式分为机械泛丸和手工泛丸两种,而手工泛丸工具简单,可用于小量生产;以北京同仁堂为代表的中药京帮流派在水泛丸的制备工具与方法方面独具特色,所用马蔺根刷较现代所用油漆刷更为方便;其操作方法不但省力,而且泛出来的丸剂硬度适中,丸型圆整;同时所采用的产品质量检验方法、方式简便易行,值得借鉴学习。The features of traditional preparation instrument and method forJingBangtraditional water pills are stated from the instrument, preparation method, determination of product quality of water pills, the notes of water pills preparation and other aspects, the ways of water pills preparation could be separated into by machine and by hand, the instrument for preparation by hand is simple, and it could be used for product in small quantity;Beijing TongRenTangas a representative ofBeijingherbal school is featured in preparation instrument and method of water pills, north China iris root brush used byBeijingherbal school is more convenient than paintbrush; the preparation of water pill inBeijingherbal school could save labor, the hardness of the pill is appropriate and round; meanwhile, the determination method for product quality is simple and feasible.
