郭立中运用大剂加味附子理中汤治疗虚寒性疑难杂症的经验

摘　　要：从肺癌、心悸、嘈杂、泄泻4验案入手论述郭立中教授运用大剂加味附子理中汤治疗虚寒性疑难杂症的经验,指出其核心病机为脾肾阳虚,寒湿中阻,并从扶阳、圆运动学术思想等角度分析本方的实际运用范围,为疑难杂症的中医治疗提供新思路。Professor Guo Lizhong′sexperience of applying heavy modified FuZi LiZhong Tangto incurable disease of cold-deficiency pattern was stated by four effective cases： lung cancer, heart palpitation, gastric upset and diarrhea, its pathogenesis wasYangdeficiency of spleen and kidney, stagnation of cold-dampness in middle energizer, clinical application ofFuZiLiZhongTangwas analyzed fromYang-invigorating, academic thinking circular motion, therefore, to providea new thinking for TCM treatment of incurable diseases.
