加味阳和四神汤/浸膏剂治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味阳和四神汤/浸膏剂治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者110例随机分为2组,对照组47例予美沙拉嗪片、甲基强的松龙、金双岐片治疗,治疗组63例在对照组治疗的基础上采用加味阳和四神汤/浸膏剂治疗,3个月后观察2组患者CRP、IL-10水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后2组患者CRP、IL-10水平较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05);2组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味阳和四神汤/浸膏剂能降低慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者CRP、IL-10水平。Objective： To explore therapeutic effects of modified YangHe SiShendecoction or extract in treat-ing chronic ulcerative colitis （CUC）. Methods： All 110 patients were randomized into two groups. All 47 patients of the control group took mesalazine tablets, methylprednisolone and live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets, 63 cases of the treatment group took modifiedYangHeSiShendecoction or extract on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, curative effects, the levels of CRP and IL-10 of both groups were observed in three months. Results： The levels of CRP and IL-10 in both groups after treating were decreased more significantly compared with these before treating, the decrease of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）; the difference showed no statistical meaning in clinical effects （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion： ModifiedYangHe SiShendecoction or extract could decrease the levels of CRP and IL-10 in CUC patients.
