四黄膏外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗膝痹病疗效观察与护理体会

摘　　要：目的:观察四黄膏外敷结合TDP治疗仪治疗膝痹病的疗效及技术规范。方法:将膝痹病患者426例分为治疗组和对照组各213例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上局部应用四黄膏外敷结合TDP理疗,7天后比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.65%,优于对照组92.02%(P<0.05)。结论:中药四黄膏外敷结合TDP理疗治疗膝痹病方法简单,疗效显著。Objective： To observe curative effects ofSiHuangointment for external use and TDP therapeutic instrument in treating knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and technical specifications. Methods： All 426 patients were separat-ed into the treatment group and the control group equally, the control group received routine treatment, the treatment group acceptedSiHuangointment for external use and TDP physical therapy on the foundation of routine treatment, curative effects of both groups were compared in seven days. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.65%,superior to 92.02% of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：SiHuangointment for external use and TDP physical therapy are simple and effective in treating KOA.
