摘 要:选取SAPO-34分子筛作为吸附剂,与水组成吸附制冷工质对。采用真空重量法测定SAPO-34对水的吸附等温线;用热分析天平测定水在SAPO-34上的脱附温度;在吸附制冷循环模拟实验装置上测试不同再生温度对SAPO-34-水工质对吸附制冷性能的影响。结果表明,SAPO-34对水的吸附等温线属于Ⅴ型等温线,吸附温度30℃时,SAPO-34对水的平衡吸附量达0.35 kg·kg-1;水在SAPO-34上的DTA脱附峰顶温度为105℃,完全脱附温度为155℃;蒸发温度10℃工况下,再生温度80-120℃,SAPO-34-水工质对的吸附制冷量为354-430 kJ·kg-1,是硅胶-水的1.1-1.2倍;再生温度150-300℃,SAPO-34-水工质对的吸附制冷量为465-523 kJ·kg-1,是13X-水的1.1-1.7倍。SAPO-34-水工质对既可用于发动机尾气等较高温热源驱动的吸附制冷系统,也可用在以太阳能等低温热源驱动的吸附制冷过程。SAPO-34 molecular sieve and water were selected as an adsorption refrigeration working pair. Theadsorption isotherm of water on the SAPO-34 molecular sieve was obtained by a high-vacuum gravimetricmethod, and the desorption temperature was measured with Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer. The effect ofregeneration temperature on refrigeration capacity was studied on a simulation device. The results indicate thatthe adsorption isotherm of water on SAPO-34 molecular sieve is type V in Brunauer's classification, and theequilibrium adsorption capacity can reach to 0.35 kg.kg-1 at 30℃. The desorption peak temperature is 105 ℃,and the completely desorption temperature is 155℃. When the evaporation temperature was 10℃, theadsorption refrigeration capacity of SAPO-34-water working pair is 354-430 kJ.kg-1 at the regenerationtemperature of 80-120℃, which is 1.1-1.2 times higher than that of silica gel-water working pair. Atregeneration temperature of 150-300℃, the adsorption refrigeration capacity of SAPO-34-water working pair is465-523 kJ.kg-t, which is 1.1-1.7 times higher than that of 13X-water working pair. This study indicates thatthe SAPO-34-water working pair can be used for refrigeration systems driven by both high temperature (〉 150 ℃)heat sources such as engine exhaust and low temperature heat sources such as solar energy.
