摘 要:用改进的Rose釜测定了在101.3 kPa下乙腈-1-丙醇、乙腈-3-甲基丁醇、1-丙醇-3-甲基丁醇、乙腈-1-丙醇-3-甲基丁醇体系的等压汽液平衡数据,并通过了热力学一致性检验。用Wilson、NRTL模型对三个二元体系的汽液相平衡数据进行关联,效果良好。由关联得到的三个二元体系的Wilson、NRTL模型参数预测部分三元体系的气液平衡数据,乙腈、1-丙醇及3-甲基丁醇汽相组成的平均绝对偏差分别小于0.0055、0.0044、0.0052,温度的平均绝对偏差小于1.00 K。研究结果为加入3-甲基丁醇的萃取精馏分离乙腈和1-丙醇混合物提供了重要的基础数据。Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibria (VIE) data of acetonitrile----1-propanol, acetonitrile3-methyl- 1-butanol, 1-propanol---3-methyl- 1-butanol and acetonitrile 1-propanol . 3-methyl- 1-butanol systemswere measured at 101.3 kPa by using an improved Rose still, and the VIE data of the binary systems wereexamined and pass the thermodynamic consistency test. Wilson and NRTL models were applied to correlate theVIE data for the above three binary systems and the model parameters were obtained. The obtained Wilson andNRTL interaction parameters for the three binary systems were used to predict the VIE data of the ternarysystem. The predicted values agree well with the experimental results. The average absolute deviations of thevapor-phase molar fraction of acetonitrile, 1-propanol and 3-methyl-l-butanol are less than 0.0055, 0.0044 and0.0052, respectively, and the average absolute deviation of the equilibrium temperature is less than 1.00 K. Thestudy results provide essential data for developing distill separation process of acetonitrile and 1-propanolmixture with adding 3-methyl-l-butanol.
