摘 要:对采用溶液吸收结合电化学氧化联合处理甲苯废气进行了实验研究。电化学反应器尺寸为110 mm×110mm×500 mm,反应器内采用5对网状电极叠加分布,阳极材料为网状钌钛电极,共5块,阴极材料为网状不锈钢电极,共5块,两相邻极板间距为45 mm。甲苯模拟废气由化学反应器底部通过气体分布器进入反应器。实验发现吸收液为NaCl时甲苯的去除效果要好于吸收液为Na2SO4的效果。在气体流量为1500 mL·min-1,吸收液为1%NaCl溶液,甲苯废气浓度约为2000 mg·m-3,电流密度0.08 A·cm-2时,甲苯的去除率可以达到80.1%。实验还发现pH值降低有利于提高甲苯的去除率,表明在酸性溶液中更有利于甲苯的氧化反应。通过对反应后吸收液的分析,发现甲苯吸收反应后的产物主要为苯甲酸。Toluene-containing exhaust gas was treated by aqueous solution absorption combinedelectrochemical oxidation. The dimension of the electrochemical reactor is 110 mmx110 mmx500 mm and inthe reactor it has 5 pairs of stacked mesh electrodes. The material of anode is Ti coated with RuO2 on the surface,and the material of cathode is stainless steel. The distance between neighboring anode and cathode is 45 mm.The simulated gas was introduced into the reactor from the bottom of the reactor by a gas distributor. It wasfound that, when using NaCl solution as an absorbent the removal of toluene is higher than that of using NaESO4solution. When the gas flow rate is 1500 mL.min-1 and inlet toluene concentration is about 2000 mg.m-3, over80.1% toluene can be removed in 1% NaC1 solution with a current density 0.08 A.cm-2 applied to theelectrochemical reactor. It was also found that the removal of toluene increases with the decrease of pH value ofthe absorption solution, which indicates that the acidic solution is beneficial to the toluene oxidation. The majorproduct of toluene oxidation in the solution was confirmed to be benzoic acid.
