摘　　要：根据LM199精密直流电压基准源基于自动测试系统的工程实践，阐述解决问题的思路和方法。同时根据被测器件的特点，改进测试方法，利用脉冲供电预热器件，提高了测试效率。According to the benchmark precision dc voltage source based on the engineering practice of the automatic test system, the ideas and methods to solve the problem are expounded.According to the characteristics of preheating device, device being tested, improving the test method, using pulse power supply test efficiency is raised.
