摘  要:为建立‘卓锦’万代兰的组培快繁体系,研究植物外源激素和基本培养基对‘卓锦’万代兰花梗腋芽诱导、丛生芽增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:以花梗为外植体,在1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 2.0 mg/L培养基上,腋芽诱导率可达65%,以花梗基部向上第3节花梗腋芽诱导率最高,可达80%;在6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的激素组合下,芽的繁殖系数最高可达5.3,低无机盐浓度且含全量元素的1/2MS基本培养基较利于‘卓锦’万代兰芽的诱导增殖;丛生芽高度为2 cm左右时,壮苗生根后移栽成活率可达99%。In order to establish rapid propagation system of Vanda‘Miss Joaquim', effects of exogenous hormone and media on plantlets regeneration were studied. The results showed that: Decontamiated-explants can be obtained by inducing from floral stalk, and the 65% of plantlets formation ratio can be achieved on 1/ 2MS media supplemented with NAA 0.5 mg/L+ 6-BA 2.0 mg/L. There were different formation in different location in flora stalk buds and the top plantlets formation ratio was reached 80% in the third flora stalk buds. The propagation ratio was reached 5.3 on 1/2MS media supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L+ 6-BA 3.0 mg/L and the media with low concentration nutrient elements was benefit to the plantlets forming. With the length of 1-2 cm, plantlets can be transplant into 1/2MS media to reduce roots, and the percents of survivor can be reached 99% when plantlets with roots were planted into greenhouse.
